Official Rules & Terms

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Lucid Superfoods 90-Day Supply Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Lucid Superfoods LLC (“Lucid” or “Sponsor”).

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Same Same But Different, RYZE, or any social media platform on which content related to the Giveaway may appear.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, owners, and immediate family members of Lucid Superfoods LLC are not eligible to win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter by completing and submitting the Lucid Superfoods Giveaway entry form.

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at Lucid's discretion.

Participation in the Lucid Taste Test is not required to enter the Giveaway or win a prize, and a participant's taste-test preference or statements will have no effect on their odds of winning.

4. Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted during the promotional period stated on the Giveaway entry form and/or accompanying Giveaway materials.

Entries received outside the stated Giveaway period will not be eligible.

5. Prizes

Ten (10) winners will each receive a 90-day supply of Lucid Super Coffee, consisting of three (3) 30-serving bags.

Prizes have no cash alternative and may not be transferred or substituted by the winner. Lucid reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Ten (10) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period.

Each eligible entry will have an equal opportunity to be selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address or other contact information submitted with their entry.

A potential winner must respond within the period specified in the winner notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified period, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Lucid may select an alternate winner at random.

7. Taste Test Participation

Participation in Lucid's filmed taste test is entirely voluntary and is separate from entry into the Giveaway.

Participants may enter the Giveaway without participating in the taste test. Participating in the taste test, selecting Lucid as a preferred product, making a positive statement about Lucid, or otherwise endorsing Lucid does not provide additional entries or improve a participant's chances of winning.

Participants in the taste test are encouraged to provide their genuine, honest opinions and reactions.

8. Taste Test Media Release

If I voluntarily participate in a Lucid Superfoods filmed taste test, interview, photograph, or other recorded activity (“Recording”), I authorize Lucid Superfoods LLC and its authorized representatives, licensees, successors, and assigns to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture my image, likeness, appearance, voice, statements, opinions, and reactions.

I grant Lucid Superfoods LLC permission to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, adapt, and create excerpts from the Recording for lawful advertising, promotional, commercial, educational, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

• Lucid websites and landing pages;

• social media;

• organic social-media content;

• paid digital and social-media advertising;

• email and SMS marketing;

• online video;

• digital advertising;

• retail and promotional materials; and

• other advertising and marketing channels.

I understand that Lucid may edit the Recording for length, formatting, presentation, or creative purposes, provided that such editing does not materially misrepresent my statements or reactions.

I understand that the Recording may include my participation in a blind or comparative taste test involving Lucid products and one or more competing products and that Lucid may identify those products in the resulting content.

I understand that Lucid is not obligated to use the Recording and that I will not receive compensation, royalties, or other payment for Lucid's authorized use of the Recording.

I understand that my participation in the taste test and any opinions I express are voluntary and should represent my genuine personal experience and opinion.

9. Giveaway and Taste-Test Independence

The Giveaway and taste test are independent activities.

Every eligible Giveaway entry is treated equally regardless of whether the entrant:

• participates in the taste test;

• prefers Lucid;

• prefers another product;

• expresses no preference; or

• declines to be recorded.

No favorable review, endorsement, testimonial, or preference for Lucid is required to enter or win.

10. Use of Entry Information

Information submitted through the Giveaway form will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, and for other purposes described in Lucid's applicable Privacy Policy.

Submission of a Giveaway entry does not, by itself, require the entrant to make a purchase.

Any separate consent to receive promotional email, SMS, or other marketing communications will be governed by the language accompanying that consent.

11. Publicity of Winners

Except where prohibited by law, winners may be asked for permission to allow Lucid to announce their first name, last initial, city and/or state in connection with announcing the results of the Giveaway.

Winning a prize does not require the winner to provide a product endorsement or testimonial.

12. General Conditions

Lucid reserves the right to disqualify entries that it reasonably determines are fraudulent, manipulated, automated, submitted in violation of these Official Rules, or otherwise interfere with the fair administration of the Giveaway.

Lucid reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances outside its reasonable control materially impair the integrity or proper operation of the promotion, subject to applicable law.

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and acknowledge that decisions concerning administration of the Giveaway will be made by Lucid consistent with these Rules and applicable law.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Lucid Superfoods LLC and its officers, members, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising directly out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be waived.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Lucid Superfoods LLC's applicable Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.

15. Agreement

By checking the agreement box and submitting the entry form, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, have read and agree to these Official Rules & Terms, and understand that the Taste Test Media Release applies if I voluntarily choose to participate in a filmed Lucid taste test.
