Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop[at]becomelucid.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1759 Oceanside Blvd, Suite C 270 Oceanside, CA 92054
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you don’t absolutely love it for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund for one opened (1) bag of coffee and/or one (1) opened bag of matcha and/or one (1) opened bag of Chai and/or one opened (1) Lucid Dream, on your first subscription order only. If you order and open two (2) of the same item, e.g. two (2) opened bags of coffee, you can only receive a refund on one (1) of those opened bags. No questions asked!
A few things to keep in mind. You must let us know within 30 Days of the date of your delivery or we will not be able to accept your refund request. No exceptions. Simply follow the return steps outlined in Section 1 above to request your shipping label and refund.
REFUNDS
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Please reach out to us at shop[at]becomelucid.com if for any reason you did not enjoy Lucid and we will process the refund for you. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop[at]becomelucid.com.
UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER
In the event that a product is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will not be held responsible for reshipping the product. We may issue a refund for the product, minus any shipping costs, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
In the event that a shipment is returned to us as Undelivered, you may receive a replacement/ full refund for the products ordered.
Alternatively, we can reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee. It is important to note that this policy does not apply to Refused Packages.
We will not accept requests for replacements or refunds for orders past 30 days of delivery.
